Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BlueBridge Systems, a sole proprietorship based in Texas ("we," "us"), which provides Recall, a pet health and care tracker. By creating an account or using Recall, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us at recall@managemorestressless.com.

Who can use Recall

  • Account holders (the person who signs up and pays) must be at least 18 years old.
  • Household members you invite must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for the people you invite and what they do in your household.
  • You agree to give accurate account information and to keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Households

Recall is organized into households. The account holder can invite family members, roommates, pet sitters, or others to view and add to the household's records. Anyone you invite can see the pets, records, and photos in that household. You can remove members at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Recall is a paid subscription. You can pay monthly, every 6 months, or yearly. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't give refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • If we change our prices, we'll let you know before the change affects your subscription, and the new price will apply starting with your next billing period.
  • Applicable sales tax may be added to your payment.

If you cancel

When your subscription ends, you won't be able to log new entries or use Recall's tracking features. You can still download all of your data at any time, even without a subscription. Your records stay in your account, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again, until you delete your account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your profile at any time. Deleting your account:

  • permanently deletes the households you own, including their pets, records, and photos;
  • immediately cancels any active subscription for those households. Any unused time on your current billing period is not refunded.

This can't be undone, so download your data first if you'd like to keep a copy.

Recall is not veterinary advice

Recall is a record-keeping and organization tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed veterinarian.

  • Dose calculations, suggested amounts, and pre-filled quantities are worked out from the information you and your household enter. They can be wrong if that information is wrong or incomplete. Always follow your veterinarian's instructions and check the medication label.
  • Reminders, low-stock alerts, and expiration alerts are a convenience. Emails can be delayed or missed, so please don't rely on Recall as your only reminder for important care.
  • In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital right away.

You're responsible for decisions about your pets' care. We're not responsible for outcomes that result from relying on information in Recall.

Emails to your veterinarian

If you turn on refill notices for a medication, you're asking us to email your veterinarian on your behalf when that medication runs low. You're responsible for making sure the email address is correct and that your veterinarian is okay receiving these messages.

Your content

  • You own everything you put into Recall, including your pets' records and your photos.
  • You give us permission to store, process, and display your content only as needed to run Recall for you and your household.
  • Only upload content you have the right to share. Don't upload anything illegal or harmful.

Using Recall responsibly

Please don't misuse Recall. For example, don't try to access other households' data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it, upload malicious files, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and availability

We're continually improving Recall, which means features may be added, changed, or removed. We work to keep Recall available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Recall is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BlueBridge Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Recall is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Recall after that means you accept the updated terms.
